This is one more highlight of Google+ and it needs to be in the forefront while boosting the product. It is a video based group chat and up to ten members can join it simultaneously.
My experience says that no other video software performed so well in group chats as Google Plus Hangouts did. I consider it to be the solution. Well, it may be the solution to only a small percentage of people who need it for work and professional reasons. I doubt how many of new users may require it.

You can integrate multiple Google products in one location. It ties with chat, Latitude, +1, Google Profiles, Chrome, Google One Bar, Android, Gmail, Google page designs etc seamlessly. If you have tuned your settings properly then Google Plus works good with all these.

The notification feature of Google Plus is not so annoying and confusing as like other social sites. If you are using Google Plus along with Gmail then it won’t. You will find the profile pictures seamlessly tied in. Also you will have the feel of a website and not of an inbox with it.
